Lots. Just....lots.
Adding a few pins that sit in sockets to the hinge side would solve the 'stealing doors' concerns. The pins rest in the frame on the hinge side when the door is shut and the latch secures the other side, effectively creating a barred door with no moving parts (other than the door latch itself). Even after removing the entire hinge, the door still cant be removed. Its low tech and still used on most every security door to this day.

I can imagine someone making a line of custom bolts for body panels, similar to those accursed security lugs we all hate so much. Get me a whole set of custom 'smiley face' bolt heads with yellow enameled tops. :)

@Slate please don’t pre wire this thing and junk up a simple vehicle at added cost.

Just give room in the panels to run wires later.
There's a min/max calculation on this where having one wiring harness with sections that might not be used in the base configuration still ends up cheaper than manufacturing multiple harnesses. Toyota was doing a thing for awhile where all of their vehicles were pre-wired for every option. I added cruise control to my wife's yaris by buying a switch and plugging it in.

I had wanted lighted door sills on my truck, but it wasn't an installed option on the model I selected. I bought a set online and installed them. Turns out there was a connector already in the chassis harness below the door frames for this option. It was a simple plug and play install. Hopefully Slate will follow this example if this is truly a DIY project vehicle.

The ultimate cheapest option is to include no extra wiring, but Slate's business model is likely contingent on selling accessories, and you'll sell a lot more "plug and play" accessories than "break out your soldering iron" accessories.
