Here's a rough estimate with public guesses at frontal area, tire resistance, and Cd numbers for Slate plugged in:A more useful "highway" measure would be range at 70 mph. Better yet, a 2-d graph showing range at constant speed in 5 mph increments.

It's designed for gas vehicles, but looking at the L/100km and MPG numbers should give you an idea of the tradeoffs at speed increments.
TLDR: If you want longer range, drive slower.
