Hope they are already on this in the backlog of the design department to make a right hand drive version for the international market.

Just like Warsaw, there would be facilities just ripe for this in places like the Phillipines or India ready to set up to produce these in bulk. The international market would go coco bananas for this ute.

Just to be clear; Left or Right Hand DRIVE is the position of the steering wheel and driver in the vehicle. The map refers to Left or Right Hand TRAFFIC which is the lane of travel of the vehicle.

Therefore:
A Left-Hand Drive vehicle is for Right-Hand Traffic (as in the US & all Blue on map)
A Right-Hand Drive vehicle is for Left-Hand Traffic (as in Australia & all Orange on map)
