FIVE trucks at the show?

And they've got VINs of 012, 014, 007, freaking THIRTY(!), and 001?

….number of samples (5) indicates a population about 35 trucks…
030 builds does not mean they have all made it off the line, just started on the line. Some, in between, may be delayed off the line for one glitch or another… or lack of presentation…

The recent DV2 video shows VIN 68 looking mostly complete.

I would prefer if the final shade of gray was closer to the color on the headlight surround. It's just a little less solar heating when parked.

On re-reading and checking Alameda photos, I now realize that this thread is about the Detroit cruise (right next to Troy) and not the demo day event. That one appears to have just one gray, unwrapped Blank Slate.

I am going to the event every year and last year I was happy to see a Slate being put up as a demo.
This year I went to the same location and there were zero Slates....

It is not cool that they did not mention on their webpage that they will cruse this year.
I had specifically checked their webpage before heading to Woodward avenue...

Yeah, my kid sent me a video of the "parade" as he was up on Woodward before I could get there. I was there for a few hours, but never saw the Slates. Yes, it sure would've been nice to see them first had.

Additionally, it occurred to me, "why didn't they just have all of them parked in a lot for the public to see?" I'm guessing they didn't want to have to rent out a lot on Woodward the day of the Cruise as it can get pricey.
