Just park/pull over
Just put truck in neutral
Just set parking brake
Just lean over
Just crank handle 6-7 times
Just sit up
Just remove parking brake
Just put it in drive
Just apply the power pedal and go about your business
Just quit bitchin about it

Because : "Just push a button" on an OPTIONAL ACCESSORY is too expensive or to difficult to engineer or both.

Immaterial to life. It's now 2026 (will be 2027) don't we all just want to breathe HEPA-clean air via the HVAC?

Is that the 6'10" Slate engineer guy?

And now let's see him adjust the passenger-side mirror. :CWL:

LE have understandably started approaching the vehicle on the passenger side. I plan to pull over with the passenger side off the pavement to encourage them to go to the driver side.

That's just gonna irritate the heck out of the average state trooper in the south.

Unless it's raining, I'll have the right window rowed down and have license, registration, and insurance cards in hand, along with the ubiquitous, "How y'all doin, Officer? What kin I do ya for?"

I'm batting about .667 with that approach.

YMMV

My 3/4 ton Dodge has manual windows. Fortunately I haven't had too much experience with this, but when it has happened I just motion for the officer to open the door. Sort of a combination of making manual window rolling down motions in the air and pulling a door handle.
