Very interesting specs. I'll be curious to see what the real world range actually is.

I'm willing to bet entry level will be between 50-55k.
That would be on par then with the ICE version of the entry-level 3-Series over the past 20 years. Adjusted for inflation.

The body looks good, but I get Dodge Charger EV vibes from the front.

It's too bad the interior looks horrible.

Using the battery as a structural component is nice to save weight, but it makes for higher insurance premiums since the car is more likely to be written off in an accident, especially since the pack can't be opened to replace a module - since this battery has no modules.

Specs look nice though! BMW drivers also save a lot of battery energy by not using their turn signals. I wonder if that's factored into the range test.

Literally see nothing in common between the front end of the Bimmer and the front end of the Charger

Exactly the type of car I have no interest in, while the Slate is exactly what I'm interested in.

Not that it's something I'm interested in/can afford, but it's an impressive car. Seeing what's coming out if the rest of the world vs american automakers cancelling most of their EVs is fascinating/disappointing.
