As someone who went for the "many layers of flat black paint and dirt" method on my ranger, I respect a good bedliner paint job. But I think on the slate the bare plastic panels will accomplish everything you want from bedliner.

I was assuming once you get to bedliner paint jobs, color isn't your main priority, lol.

I'm honestly more likely to do this than wrap it, haha.

I know, right? But, probably bc I have experience with bed linings, and well, Vanilla Ice type wrapping knowledge, skills and aptitudes?

I have seen nice bedliner "paint" jobs. Will it adhere well to plastic? If it was not slate grey i would keep it as it is, but grey has to go. Thinking of painting, and being able to remove panels would make it easier. Anyone here have experience with painting plastic?
