Not sure adding a built-in inverter fits the standard vehicle low-price meme. Probably could be an option.

I forgot 110 outlets required an inverter for ev’s still, however your comment made me think of this thread;

Is the low voltage system voltage even known? Maybe SLATE went for 48V.
