Yeah but you would still need the electronics and aluminum tub.
Those are from a lighting system I just finished designing for a bicycle manufacturer.
I do intend to sell "print it yourself" auxiliary lighting kits for the Slate. All the electronics and optics and basic enclosure and mount CAD files that the user can customize and print. Do it in a way that uses cheap generic heatsinks from electronics distributors.
I think a flashlight with charging dock kit might be a good idea too.

This is awesome. Charging dock would be a great next step imo. Hopefully the first of many creations you come up with!
