FYI- Amazon has just released a new paperback book on the ‘Slate Story’ authored by Gerald G. Haywood.

Someone has been pitching this "write books with AI and publish on Amazon" scheme on social media for awhile now. Apparently quite a few people are taking advantage of the opportunity. Caveat emptor.

Definitely AI. Its got a Rivian on the cover! Or some AI Rivian mashup slop. Speaks volumes about whats inside. Probably fed an ai the press release and turned that into 132 pages of regurgitated garbage.

edit: a little more digging. Author put out multiple books on the same day. One book on Tron, has this wonderfully telling bit in the overview:
