The gloss wraps I've seen all have a weird plasti-dip look to them. Not sure why that is, maybe they were just lower quality material. You don't get the same deep luster you get with paint and a gloss coat. Matte, satin, pearl, or flake paint is usually more of a premium thing, and they're easily reproducible finishes in a wrap.Why is it that every wrap I've seen is a mat or flat finish?
