I wore a slate T-shirt to a trampoline park for my daughter’s birthday, and it sparked four conversations with strangers. It was quite an interesting experience. I don’t recall ever having a piece of clothing that prompted such interactions with strangers.

I normally do not purchase items with a company logo because, to me, it feels like I am paying THEM to advertise for THEM. So, unless a company gives me the logo shirt, hat, etc. for free, I refuse.

However, I believe in SLATE so much, I went ahead and ordered a T-shirt (pocketless) and a water bottle. So, one time, I went against what I believe.

Who says people can't change?

I got the sweatshirt. I wouldn't have bought it if it hadn't been American Made.

Thinner than I would've thought - not necessarily bad - just wasn't what I had anticipated. Now that I've worn it, I'm pleased with it. Kind of a Goldilocks sort of vibe - not too heavy, not too light... just right

I'm pleased with my purchase. With summertime on the horizon, it's about to get put away for a couple of months though.
