My wife is convinced that the HOA won’t allow an $100K garage expansion to accommodate a $40K EV…I suggested it might be in the application wording and the right pictures of the Slate parked in the new garage rendering!

Yesterday, mine asked where I was going to park the Slate. Told her likely the garage, put my Tundra (not selling) in tractorshed. Sounded like permission granted to me.
