I am on the short side so I am wondering if it would be comfortable for me. I have owned 3 different brands of full size trucks and they really are not made for me even with all of the electric adjustments. I am 5’ and a little bit. When I first sat into a Japanese car in the 80’s, I realized that they do make cars for me. lol. I sure hope I fit into this truck because it looks like I will buy it before I can sit into one. I might have to have a custom setup so I will be 100% comfortable. 1 hr to work each way so please be comfortable.

My problem is a little different but I feel your concern. I have a fairly long torso of say, a 6'4" person, but the legs and arms of a jockey. (or t-rex arms, lol). I like to say I'm tall sitting down. I have a hard time making it work on some cars. But I had an 84 mazda pickup, and two second generation Rangers so I think I'm going to be fine.

Slate had posted a video with various height drivers sitting in one, and the shortest person was 5'5". I don't know if anyone shorter than that has sat in one at an event, and can tell us how they fit. This is a concern for me, as my wife is 5 nothin, and I can't really buy a vehicle she can't also drive. That being said, we haven't really come across any vehicles that she can't comfortably drive, so it might be a non-issue.

5-3 here, I also rely on the presentation of the 5-5 gal in the video. If necessary, a seat cushion (booster) and shoes with thick heels/soles will help me get in the proper and comfortable position. 😅

At 6'4" I have the opposite problem with fit in a lot of vehicles. Quick online search and there are a good amount of pedal extension options available.

It's tough not being in two standard deviations from the mean human size. Things just aren't built for the tallies and the shorties.

😂Tall sitting down. Too funny. I am short sitting down and standing up.

Yes, if your 5ft this would be a great EV.

But if you are 6ft get a Lightning, GMC EV, Hummer or SilEVarado!

Can’t say the Slate is any more roomy than a Model 3/Y, but I know I was less crampt up in the Lightning vs the others.

Think “Full size truck seat, vs 1980 Honda Civic seat!”

“Trust by Verify” -Pres. Ronald Reagan.

Ok yes, “comfortably” I didn’t mention.

The original question was can a “5ft and a little bit” fit comfortably.

Yes, but again a 6ft, person shouldn’t compromise.

Not saying they cant.

That same video shows a 6'6" driver. An earlier video had a driver even taller.
Is this supposed to be sarcasm saying 6 ft tall shouldn't get the Slate or just trolling?
6 foot is only 3 inches above the national average for males in the US of 5'9"
