Thanks for doing this @evtruth.

I'm generally interested in the topic of adding a hitch. I've noticed that the rear bumper in the renderings doesn't appear to be particularly hitch-friendly.

* Will there be a kit or pre-wiring to ease installation of flat-four and/or 7-wire trailer electrical connectors?
* Can a Trailer Brake Controller be added easily (jut plugged in)?(*)
* Will a Class 3 (2-inch) hitch receiver be available, not necessarily for towing rather for accessories?

(*) For those wondering, a typical pickup has a built-in connector located under the dash that a Trailer Brake Controller plugs into. Mount the controller's bracket onto the dash, plug in the cable, zip tie excess cable, and you're done.

As @sodamo has already suggested, will Slate offer the SUV Kits shell-only, without the rear seat and rollbar?

What's the official name for the removable front of the truck bed (lower half of the rear of the cab, below the removable rear window and its fascia)? Can that front-of-bed partition be installed/removed when a topper is installed?

Begin with the fact that answering "undecided" or "TBD" is perfectly suitable for an answer right now and they may consider some questions as feedback in a particular direction if needed.

Will there be underbody aero-panels? On the left of the steering wheel, is there a slot for a speaker? (It's not visible in the configurator)
I could see a door speaker as a option but might not be able to have the cubbie if they go low speaker since the cubbie is one of the options

I could see them using Bluetooth for the breaks in the app maybe. I see that is a thing on the market, and could have one of those folding hitches that pop out from underneath. To keep it simple but they just as likely could go traditional 4 pin I see that as a more likely option since it has a lower tow rating and usually light weight trailer (at least where I live) use the 4 pin connector

Pretty much any surface you can get a shot of I wanna see under the seats the door latches the front trunk area , but I really want to hear it when it moves is it silent or does it have that low speed noises like some newer cars to let people know its moving

I would like to see how the roll bar is attached to the floor, and how the rear seat is attached. Is there a rear seat foot area that is covered when it is just a truck, like a covered storage area?

from what I’ve seen it just seems to be a thin plate going along/under the bottom panel to cover the holes

Where is the 12v battery, in the frunk? What is in the rectangular box area in the frunk, and can you get a better picture of whatever is on the side of it? (plugs, switch, data plate???)

A picture of rear from underneath to see what a hitch install needs.
I got confirmation from Slate a while back that a hitch will be an available option...
With only a 1000# towing capacity, I highly doubt they will accommodate trailer breaks, and I expect a 4 pin connector.

They were very clear the last time that I asked about undecided / TBD, but that's been a bit. I already reached out and they said they are happy to answer any and all questions. :)

Last time I asked about it he said the roll bar is part of the kit for the shell. Will ask about seats.
