Looks like a car show at the Terrace Theater plaza in Long Beach? I see tents for Lucid, Polestar, and Dodge in the background. Any idea how long the Slate will be there? Hopefully we get a few new interviews/impression videos from some locals.

I’m pretty sure the Cargo Kit topper can stand on its own. Fastened at the front into the back of the cab and on the sides to the top of the bed rails. The relocated rear cab piece (with hinged glass and third brake light) stiffens it at the back.

Whoever is doing the marketing with those fictional companies on those dummy trucks is doing a good job. Let's hope the actual truck for the general public happens sometime soon and doesn't remain on a hype train, never materialized for a decade like it has with Aptera.

Any idea how long the Slate will be there?

Looks to me like the footage is from the NAFA Fleet Management Association 2025 Institute & Expo, which was held in Long Beach in late April. I think I can just make out the "NAFA 2025 Institute & Expo" logo on the hood.

Media coverage of the event indicates that Slate was there. But the event ended a few weeks ago, so I think it's too late to visit Long Beach now.
