BTW... some SUVs now come with a standard front camera, likely for the reason you stated.

SUVs and sedans depending on the trim and options come with front cameras as part of the birds eye view 360 degree camera feature. For most, it's still an option though. You probably have to go to luxury brands to have that feature as standard.

My backup car is in the shop now. The mechanic told me that more folks are fixing up their old cars these days instead of buying another. One Audi in his shop got a new engine after sitting disabled for two years.

My main ride has 174K miles, backup has 202K, driveway queen has 90K with no airbags, they will have to hold me over until Slate comes out. 😂
