Fun fact about living on the far end of the state from NYC, this event is only slightly closer to me than Warsaw, IN.

Thanks for the post! That's many hours from me, and I'm optimistic there will be a Detroit, Chicago, Troy, or Warsaw event (if not a local Grand Rapids or Kalamazoo event), but I appreciate the notice.

Is there a way to sign up for notifications of new events other than compulsively checking slateforums.com twice a day?

Cool, so our "notification" is to watch for posts from ElectricShitBox. :)
Yes, and I think some members here are more engaged and better communication channels than official Slate sources.

That said, I guess we should all be grateful that Re:Car decided to name it’s project car “Slate” - and not after the OP.

I do keep saying that their next model should be a small hatchback. I would call it the KERB or something though.

If Slate sends me a truck early, I'll change my username to ElectricSlatebox or something.

I'm hoping Slate uses our delivery addresses to mass email Orderholders when the show is coming to town. A little AI is all it takes. :)
