2023 Chevrolet Bolt.
Not sure if this is the correct place to post. I have a 2023 Chevy bolt with 73,000 miles. The Slate would replace it. Do you think the Bolt will last untill the Slate comes out? Please move this to the correct forum if this is wrong. Happy Hump Day.

When did you reserve a Slate? Early 2027 is the earliest it will be available if you reserved one last April. They got something like 150,000 reservations in two weeks. Good luck.

Everything I hear about the bolt is that they hold up incredibly well.

The 150,000 didn't come until September. The plan is for deliveries to start end of this year, sure they will be starting slow. They plan to be at full production speed by the end of next year, which would be 150,000 per year.
Depending on what percentage have changed their minds/change them by order time, it's possible they get through those reservations faster than you'd think, or slower if nearly everyone buys.
The answer would have more to do with the Bolt. No reason for a 3 year old 73k mile car to just die in the next year or 2 unless there is something going wrong with it already.
I am hoping my 111k mile 2015 Versa lasts long enough, I already know the transmission is going.
