Different style side mirrors on the separate prototypes.

I hope they go with the side mirrors on the second one if they don’t noticeably impact range, love big side mirrors on my truck.

Proof positive that Slate is considering aerodynamics.

The small mirrors look out of place. Like they belong on a coupe or sedan, not a pick-up.

If they could make the smaller ones larger thatd be great. The big ones look like they belong on a tow pig.

Small mirrors are more likely for a small truck with limited towing, those big ones look like aftermarket big mirrors for towing a big load.

While I like functional mirrors, the larger ones give me delivery van vibes, though I do like the stem design. They look more retro and classic than the small ones shown. The small ones look like they belong on a penalty box crossover.

The bigger mirrors have to have a safety benefit for improved visibility. If fleet sales are a goal, maybe the bigger mirrors would be an option? And if so, at what price?

Looks like the small mirrors are the production version based on all the pics I've seen and from Slate's config tool. My fav pic of the Truck:

Just love the short overhangs front and back.

Went there in early November...nothing in the lot what good luck!

Larger mirrors seem like over kill since the truck is going be towing a trailer over 8-9ft long. The smaller mirrors will be more efficient and that’s what a Slate buyer should be looking for.

If you need or want a tow vehicle Slate ain’t it!

Aren't there state laws requiring towing mirrors, the big ones that stick out?

Only if the trailer is over a certain length. I believe.
