I really don't think they will even attempt converting reservations to orders until within a few months of delivery, and with targeted delivery "by the end of the year" I think Q1 and Q2 are out.
Whether they start converting to orders Q3 or Q4 probably depends on what "end of the year" ends up being, which they probably don't know for sure.
I'm sure they built some slack into the "end of 2026" time frame, so if everything went perfectly they could beat it by some months.
On the other hand, there may be reasons like new state incentives that some may want to put off their delivery until 2027 anyway, even if offered a fall delivery.

Unless very significant incentives I think impact will be more individual cases, not Slate. Worst case Slate may reallocate distribution but more likely they just move down the list to find replacement for those who chose to wait. Maybe the fact I’m not anticipating incentives colors my opinion.
