A little rough but after a few tries, I now have a Slate truck looking 3D printed desklet. It would look better in Slate gray.

not to discredit your work, thank you for bringing the truck to 3d-printable form...
but my god, this is some seriously scuffed topology if ive ever seen some.
im using bambu studio, and this specific topology created a giant gap in the rear wheel humps :/

The base model was downloaded from one of the stl sights, I just added the topper and fastback

you are correct there is a gap but it’s fine for my shelf

For anyone interested, you can alleviate the layer steps on the hood pretty well by printing the Slate in a "grill up" configuration, at least for the SUV models. This was done with a cheap Creality printer with probably only 10 minutes of support removal and cleanup. The grill, the backend, and the fender wells are really the only parts that I wish turned out better.
