I would opt for the black color if available. I'd never wash it. Also, the charge port on the passenger side would fit with my garage.
Yeah I’m confused why it’s on the passenger side but unfortunately for you it is confirmed to my knowledge that it will be on the driver’s side for the production version.

Hehe... I know how to edit a post.

I'm in Jakarta right now. My tablet probably pulled the autocorrect from Bahasa Indonesia. However, "auro" is an extremely uncommon term for "gold". The proper term is "emas" or "mas".

I think "auro" is from Flores island where more Portuguese loan words are used. Gold is "ouro" in Portuguese.

EDIT: spelling :)
That's pretty cool! Thanks for taking the time to explain that, even to a spell-checking jerk like me.

It would be a good word to describe a color for your Slate - or maybe at least the nickname.

Edit: I know - you can use it for a character in your novel. 👽

No problem, mate. I like explaining things.

My Slate will remain grey... buuut I'm going to add '70s style three-tone blue stripes on the side. I'm gonna rattle-can and frog tape it. Isolating the surface prep for those stripes is going to be a PITA. Maybe I'll just use stick-ons.

Either way, the nick will be Bloo :)

Auro sounds like a cool supervillain name, yet I already have one. His name is Emil. He's about 3/4 way down the cast of characters...

That would be cool.

What isn't cool is stupid autocorrect changing "aero" to "auro" in my post
I'm British by birth and worked for the local police department here in New Mexico.
One of the commanders kept criticizing the way I spelt some words, so just for a laugh I had all the spellcheckers autocorrect change color and tire to the correct spelling of colour and tyre.
Cost me a days suspension without pay, but was worth it. ;)
