Will look into it. Tough to beat PlugShare (and the native Tesla app and nav system).Chargeway is one of the best apps to help you find the right charger on your route.

Slate will have to sign an agreement with Tesla like other OEMs.Does the Slate allow access to Tesla Superchargers ?
Yes, that's what I am hoping will happen.Slate will have to sign an agreement with Tesla like other OEMs.
offering the NACS plug is basically using SAE J3400 standard and allows the Plug to work - but to use Tesla’s network they need that agreement. My guess is they announce in a few months to keep in the news cycle.
Source?it has been confirmed that Slate will be plug and charge with Tesla. Meaning that all you have to do is plug the car in and it will start charging and will charge your card when you're done, all automatically.
Source?
Yeah I have owned two Teslas and I can say it won’t be just plug and charge unless there’s something special there. For the V4 chargers they will be able to scan a WR code. But it will likely never be as seamless as having a Tesla.
Guess the head engineer is a liar then. LolYeah I have owned two Teslas and I can say it won’t be just plug and charge unless there’s something special there. For the V4 chargers they will be able to scan a WR code. But it will likely never be as seamless as having a Tesla.
That’s not a helpful thing to say. I am offering my opinion based on my own experience actually speaking to third party EV drivers that I run into when supercharging. Just spoke to a Rivian driver charging on Sunday and it’s not plug and go to them.Guess the head engineer is a lier then. Lol
Oh thanks, I was using voice to text and didn't notice using the wrong word. That’s not a helpful thing to say. Also I think you mean “liar”.
That's because Ford is the only one currently with Plug & Go.That’s not a helpful thing to say. It's plug and charge for my Ford EVs. Been charging at Tesla Superchargers for over a year. That’s not a helpful thing to say. Yes, we know you have a Mach E.It's plug and charge for my Ford EVs. Been charging at Tesla Superchargers for over a year.
It's a true plug and charge using the non discounted / full rates thru Ford's Blue Oval network such as Tesla and Electrify America.
However, my charging discounts (Tesla Driver and EV Go Plus) are only accessible via apps.
I have to manually open the Tesla or EVGo app and select the charger in order to get the discounted rates.
