I'm sure you all know what Slate comes with standard. You've seen various options and accessories that can be added. What are the things you could not live without and would add immediately?

Me: Heated Seats (not Cooled), Bluetooth Dual-Speakers, Fastback (would not install the Seats, just use it as a Cap), that's all.

For real, I'm hoping Slate shares the upholstery data so Katzkin will offer a leather seating upgrade.

All I’d really love is heated seats and decent lumbar support, haven’t had it in any of my cars before.

I just need the stereo speakers, regardless of quality. Steering wheel buttons for next and previous track would be nice but I can survive without they. The rest I'm more than happy without. Ditto the fastback cap without the seats though. Or a tonneau cover.

Tonneau cover, heated seats, heated steering wheel, not sure if it has automatic headlights. I have them now and they are nice but not a deal breaker.

The radio in my pickup died a few years ago so I am literally already riding around with a phone mount and a bluetooth speaker. The only feature that I have not seen yet that I want is a tonneau cover.

Not an accessory but really hope there’s an open sunroof option at some point with removable panel(s).

Unless there's a meaningful cost savings to buy accessories upfront, I'd really like to try rocking a blank Slate for as long as possible and let it grow/change as true needs develop.

That said, my gut says speaker(s) will be top of the list.

Prefer a double din mount and wired speakers. I prefer using CarPlay, and not using the phone. Some double din stereos have CarPlay built in. I’m not interest in putting a tablet on my dash as it seems to me it’s a going to be a theft magnet.

I hope Crutchfield offers a Bluetooth amp and really good speakers as a package. Heck, there maybe a motorcycle/ATV setup already on the market.

I’m in the nothing camp. I want the blankest blank Slate possible. I don’t even listen to the radio anymore anyway. I hardly ever use AC or heat here in SoCal, just roll the window down a little, so they can drop that, too, if possible. It cracks me to see every single car on the road with windows up and air running when it’s a perfect 70 degrees. Those base steelies are the best looking wheels btw. Simplicity is beauty.
