Apparently slate hasn’t decided the battery type as of now or has changed there mind on the type
Glad to hear other chemistries may be an option... Hopefully LFP ends up making it into production. I don't really know all the rules with the tax credit or if it'll even be a consideration when production starts, but being able to regularly charge to 100% as well as having the thermal stability and longevity, on top of not depending on controversial cobalt would be great.Apparently slate hasn’t decided the battery type as of now or has changed there mind on the type![]()
i know I had just got the email right after I closed my email but I read some of the article and it seems LFP isn’t widely available enough in the USA right now and most of it comes from china and seeing as how as of right now there going with the ev incentives right now I see what they would go that so they can get the incentives it seemsGlad to hear other chemistries may be an option...
