What is the battery range?

The Slate Truck has a projected range of 205 miles* and is designed and engineered to get you through most local daily driving needs. Overall, range is about more than just the size of the battery.


Now that the range of the standard battery increased, are you still planning to offer an extended range battery?

We heard our fans loud and clear. People want more range. So we dug in, revamped the battery, and were able to increase the standard range from an estimated 150 to 205 miles, while still keeping the cost under $25,000. We're pretty happy with that improvement and hope our customers are, too.

The Slate is rear-wheel drive and projected to have around a 1,550 lb payload and 2,000 lb towing capacity.
