I won’t buy a maverick no matter what.
You won't but many will for the same money. Myself, I have a regular cab F-150 that's 13 years old and will last me another 25 if I take care of it. I'll never buy a new truck unless it's small and 2 doors which is why I want Slate to succeed. For the same money I'll buy a Slate as well

This one is more about the company and less about the product. Like DeMuro, he thinks the blank Slate is priced too high, but also thinks it should be sold anywhere other than the U.S. I disagree with pretty much the entire thing. Enjoy.

That's right Mr.potato head "hey, watch it"

This guy doesn’t understand what some of us have been looking for. As a teenager I loved the Roadrunner. Basic, no frills, muscle car. I loved my old Geo Tracker, basic, crank windows, no AC even. Finally someone is listening. I’m ordering the Slate as is! No options! I’ll probably just paint the wheels white. Love the basic no nonsense approach. Sure I like my cooled seats and adaptive cruise control in our Lexus. But that’s for trips. The slate will be around town and to the beach. Perfect. And 150 miles is plenty. 👍
