SKYROOF® Gen.Z sunroofs have a rotary latch for infinite venting positions and the glass can be easily removed and stored for as full open air experience.

Do y'all only have the one size?
If you partnered with Slate would you make a custom size that utilizes the maximum space of the roof?
The Pontiac Fiero had a factory popup roof that looks great. People would add them to the cars that didn't but they used a universal one that stuck up above the roof and was smaller and shaped differently. And oh man the leaks on the aftermarket ones, where if you kept the drain channels clean on the stock one it wouldn't leak.
Thanks

That could work, but to truly be the 'full' open air experience...
Make it the whole hole.
I also only need 3 positions: Closed, vented, and removed. Removal should be accomplished with no tools and in only a few seconds. I've also never felt the need to run a sunroof only partially vented or opened... So if the 'rotary knob' mechanism does anything to make removal less convenient than a simple 2-position latch could, it would be a bug not a feature IMO.

The Donmar offering is anti-D-I-Y.
We can expect other options that are D-I-Y.
Sure hope you are right. Just not in my DNA to pay premium for a learnining experience. I say learning experience as I’m counting on having one of the 1st Slates here on the Big Island. Very very doubtful someone got one before me and had sun roof installed locally.

The Fiero even had a place in the frunk to put the glass top when you took it out.

Yes! My TTops had carpeted sleeves for the trunk of my Monte Carlo. Of course the trunk was big enough for all of the Sopranos, so TTops weren’t noticed.

IMHO wrecked and salvaged Slates will become a "thing" for this very reason. I am thinking aftermarket body panels to give it a more 50s look, perhaps bring back the "Woodie"?
Was already planning on it
