4-Door Slate model plans confirmed - "We package protected for 4 doors"

4 doors on this frame would be similar to a Jeep Wrangler as far as storage space behind the rear seat. Which is pretty much none.

The difference in the wheelbase between the two-door and four-door Wranglers is 21"
I don't think Slate could squeeze two extra doors into the existing design, even with no storage behind the seats, without extending the wheelbase. Maybe not 21" but at least 10".

In a strange twist today, my wife said she wanted a puppy! I said, “absolutely not - we have 2 dogs already and adding a third would be irresponsible…”. Then realizing the logical trap she had laid, I said, “you would have to take care of it and we would name it, “Slate”!”

Because my wife is gunning for this puppy…I’m advancing my psy-ops a bit. Childish, I know.

After killing off the blank tailgate, so many prefer, I am relieved they didn't eliminate the 2 door slate version (yet).

Probably the only thing that saved us was the pickup version looked stupid with doors on the sides of the bed.
