Could Slate compete with a Toyota Stout 2 door?

Definitely sticking with Slate. Those other companies had time to make these trucks avaliable to us all this time but decided not to so I won't reward them for making us wait. Even if it ends up like the yugo Im sticking with it.

Speaking of Stout, there is an instagram page when a woman is building a 1964 Stout. Rolling and forming all the body panels and even scratch built A-arms.

I've seen some discussions about Toyota bringing back a small truck called the Stout. It's likely to happen in a 4 door version.

I've also seen discussions that Toyota may go Retro and produce a 2 door version as well. Even found this rendering.

What's your opinion? If Toyota produces a 2 door Stout, which would you choose, Stout or Slate.

The Toyota probably isn’t electric. So, apples and oranges. I’ll go with the Slate.
