I have a Garmin XT2. Operating range is 5 deg. F - 131 deg. FI did that. As far as I can tell none of them are explicitly ruggedized to withstand extreme temperatures.

For $75 you can buy a CarPlay unit from Amazon that talks to your phone via Bluetooth.
