If the Slate Truck is small enough to be driven onto one of the largest Amazon semi-trailers, would it be a potential option to take delivery of a Slate Truck at a nearby Amazon Fulfillment Center warehouse? I'm sure they would give me the Amazon Prime member special treatment (maybe a Prime decal...).
Really - I know our old diesel VW Golf was small enough to ship on a large moving van with our other stuff. And AI says a Slate Truck would fit through the rear doors on a standard Amazon-style semi-trailer that are about 7ft 8in wide and 8ft 9in tall - larger than the Slate Truck. With the Slate Truck's LFP battery and no gas tank it seems like a pretty safe load. And how nice to have it transported on an enclosed trailer vs. the open style generally used for ICE vehicles.
