actually, it looks to be from SA test vehicle:

The dead giveaways are the roll bar, the door cut-out shape and the taillight. So... that Cascadia Motion component is indeed from a Slate tester.

It seems that some people just land the best jobs. Like driving that test vehicle. My luck, I’ll end up as the test dummy:
