assuming you dont just wrap it to LOOK like wood, it 'wood' be pretty easy to feed the wrap and panel specs into any half decent CNC wood mill and make panels out of whatever wood/composite you wanted. Or cheat and do a real wood veneer.

The one I posted above is the closest body style I could find. I think it is a Ford. I have no clue how to alter pictures.
