I know a couple of people who actually need to carry tools in their trucks.

They have toolboxes similar to this:

Then again, the one in the OP pairs with the Steering Wheel Happy Rug pretty well.

I think it's more of a mobile workbench setup than a toolbox. Yeah, only half done, and poorly placed. Some rework to secure stuff better and setting it up to slide to the tailgate and it might be worth having.

I'm just happy that it demonstrates that there are a lot of attachment options to install weird stuff without having to drill holes in the bed.
