I asked Slate about V2L, V2H, and V2G.

Ideally, we would want to have all three, but I was curious about any of them. They answered very quickly:

"Great question! We don't have information to disclose on V2L, V2H, and V2G capabilities at this time. We'll have more details on features like these closer to production as we finalize specs."

Anyway, fingers crossed . At least the V2L is still confirmed as far as I know.

While the Ford Lightning has those abilities, my Ford Mach E does not.

I don't know how large the battery capacity compares, but I'd be happy just to charge at Tesla Superchargers.

V2L may be possible with the larger battery, which I will spec even for local commutes. I don’t want to plug in every night, which Is almost certain with the smaller battery. As you know the MS has amazing range, and it may take some time getting used to Slate’s lower range.

V2L has a whole range, they've already confirmed some kind of outlet in the frunk, so it does have V2L of some flavor.

V2H it just may not have the capacity to power your home much in an outage and leave a reserve to be able to drive the truck after. V2G has the same limitations, plus needs to be able to cut off in an outage for safety. If you own your home, you are probably better off just getting a battery backup system. In my area, between credits and power company incentives, some have been able to get one installed free. It's technically a lease, but with zero payments.
